Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. This policy is due to the fact that we reserve boats specifically for each booking, particularly for large groups, and do not take other bookings for those times. Given the high demand for our tours, last-minute cancellations cannot be accommodated.
We can only offer a full refund if the trip is canceled due to bad weather or storm conditions that make it unsafe to go out to sea.
Surfboard Rental Damage Policy
Any damage to the surfboard during the rental period will result in the renter being responsible for the cost of repairs. The amount charged will be determined based on the size and extent of the damage to the surfboard. The renter agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement, if necessary.
Waiver Policy
Before every trip, all guests are required to sign a waiver form. This is to acknowledge and accept the risks associated with surfing and to prevent the company from being held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the tour. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, we will provide full assistance in the event of any accidents or emergencies.
